About Matt

Matt is a graduate of the University of Nottingham with a First-Class Honours BA in Music and Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts with an MA with Distinction in Musical Direction. He is a multi-instrumentalist, specialising in arranging/orchestration, piano accompaniment, and conducting. He has previously coached at various drama schools including ArtsEd, Urdang, and Tiffany Theatre College. He was a Senior Music Tutor at ArtsEd between Sep 2022 and Nov 2023, then went on to MD an acclaimed production of The Drowsy Chaperone with the third year students.

Matt has covered Keys 1 on Mandela (Young Vic) and Keys 2 on the UK tours of Dreamgirls, Sister Act, and Greatest Days.
